Service Description

Training focuses on form shooting and jump shots, footwork, crossovers, defensive stance, and creating effective double moves like crossovers and between-the-legs attacks. Players will also develop speed, precision, and explosiveness on their shots. Sessions are challenging, high-energy, and built to push athletes while keeping the game fun.
