Since beginning his coaching journey in 2010, he has built a wealth of experience and knowledge, continuously seeking new ways to grow and evolve as a coach. A lifelong student of the game, Rod brings both expertise and enthusiasm to every training session.

As a player, Rod’s relentless work ethic and discipline earned him athletic scholarships at the OCAA, OUA, and NCAA Division II levels. His standout collegiate career includes accolades such as OCAA Rookie of the Year, OCAA All-Star, East & League Scoring Titles, and the prestigious OCAA All-Canadian honor.

Off the court, Rod values spending quality time with his Wife and three sons, grounding his passion for basketball in strong family values.
